Wouldn’t it be marvelous if we all looked at our differences with the curious innocence of babes, instead of fear and mistrust, which is all too common in adults? What if we accepted that there is strength in diversity, and that inclusion makes us stronger, not weaker? Absent the poisonous affects of adults, children display a wonderful blindness to the differences of those in their midst. Would we be happier, and safer, if we accepted that Nature has a way of getting things right, when allowed, and that we are all here for a reason? Perhaps it’s time we tried taking a lesson from children; what we have been doing hasn’t worked so well.
